A light yet flavourful Vietnamese chicken noodle soup, served with fresh bean sprouts and herbs.

INGREDIENTS
Rice Noodles, Chicken Broth, Water, Chicken Breast, Chicken Powder, Ginger, Onions, Garlic, Spring Onions, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Sticks, Green Cardamom, Star Anise, Fennel Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds, Cooking Salt, White Pepper, Fried Shallots, Bean Sprouts.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the lid to release steam. Heat in the microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot. Let the meal rest for 1 minute before consuming.

CAUTION
We take great care to remove skins and seeds fragments, yet some may still remain.
