Who are you and what do you offer?
Mealfresh by Otao Kitchen takes the hassle out of healthy eating by delivering perfectly balanced, nutritious meals right to your door. Our innovative team of expert chefs curates delicious meals, so you don't have to worry about meal planning or cooking.
Before You Order
How does your meal fresh service work?
Our system runs on a four-week rotation with menus repeated every 4 weeks. We work include the seasonality into your menu mix.
We offer two options:
Option One - Daily Vietnamese Lunch & Dinner Set Menu
Option Two - Around The World Option Menu which as a weekly selection
Order must be placed 7 days in advance.
How do I place an order?
Orders must be placed 7 days in advance for the following week deliver.
Meals can be customised based on your dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences. .
We deliver three times per week—Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Delivery
What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery around Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs. A $10 delivery fee applies to orders further out of Melbourne CBD.
Ordering
How do I order?
You can order through our website. Choose a meal plan and you're all set for the following week. The cut-off time for ordering is Thursday midnight.
What if I forget to order before the cut-off time?
If you miss the cut-off, send us a message and we’ll try our best to assist you.
Heating, Simple Preparation, Storing, and Eating
How should I store and reheat my meals?
Our meals have a shelf life of 3-4 days in the fridge. Some meals can be frozen for up to 3 months. Use the microwave-safe containers provided or plate the food and reheat as per the instructions on our packaging.

Payment and Subscription
Do you have a meal subscription plan?
Yes, we offer meal subscription plans. Subscribe on our product page and enjoy extras and gifts on every 10th order. You can cancel, pause, or alter your meals at any time by contacting us.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No, there are no lock-in contracts. Enjoy the flexibility of our subscription plan and direct debit service.
How do I manage my subscription?
Create an account using the link in your confirmation email or the customer icon on the top right corner of our website to adjust your subscription.
Special Diets and Customisation
Do we cater for special diets?
Yes, we cater to specific allergies and dietary requirements. Contact us prior to ordering for any customisations, which may incur an additional charge.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian options?
Currently, we do not provide only vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian diet options. However, speak to us and we might be able to customise a limited selection for you.
