Chicken, Rice, Paprika, Turmeric Powder, Frozen Green Peas, Red Capsicum, Chicken Powder, Chicken Broth, Brown Onions, Garlic, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Dried Rosemary, White Cooking Wine, Water, Chorizo, Green Capsicum, Tomato Paste.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the lid to release steam. Heat in the microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot. Let the meal rest for 1 minute before consuming.
