A spiced Moroccan-style lamb stew, slow-cooked with tomatoes and served with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
Lamb, Chickpeas, Cumin Seed, Onions, Carrots, Gravy Powder, Tomato, Tomato Paste, Fresh Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Ground Cinnamon, Curry Powder, Ground Nutmeg, Dried Apricots, Peeled Garlic, Cooking Salt, White Pepper, Vegetable Oil.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the lid to release steam. Heat in the microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot. Let the meal rest for 1 minute before consuming.

CAUTION
We take great care to remove skins and seeds fragments, yet some may still remain.
