Oven-baked fish fillet topped with a flavourful tomato sauce, served with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

Fish, Caper Berries, Potatoes, Cooking Salt, White Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Thyme, Tomato, Chicken Powder, Chilli Flakes, Onions, White Wine, Parsley, Sugar.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the lid to release steam. Heat in the microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot. Let the meal rest for 1 minute before consuming.

CAUTION
We take great care to remove skins and seeds fragments, yet some may still remain.
