Spiced, oven-roasted fish with Indian flavours, served with chickpeas, rice, and vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
Basa Fillet, Tikka Masala Paste, Rice, Chickpeas, Water, Cooking Salt, White Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Onions, Diced Tomato, Chicken Powder.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the lid to release steam. Heat in the microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot. Let the meal rest for 1 minute before consuming.

CAUTION
We take great care to remove skins and seeds fragments, yet some may still remain.
